Cancellation Policy
DEPOSITS PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY To secure golf tee times accommodation and transport arrangements all GTM Tours bookings require a deposit confirmation. BOOKING DEPOSITS A minimum 25 percent deposit is required to confirm all bookings. Bookings are not confirmed until deposit payment has been received. Remaining balances are generally due 30 days prior to arrival. During Thailand peak golf season public holidays and major event periods additional deposit requirements or earlier payment deadlines may apply. Large group bookings and corporate golf trips may require customised payment schedules depending on group size and package inclusions. PAYMENT INFORMATION Accepted payment methods may include PayPal PromptPay and Direct Thai Bank Transfer. All pricing is quoted in Thai Baht THB. International transfer fees PayPal fees currency conversion charges and bank transfer fees charged by payment providers remain the responsibility of the guest unless otherwise stated. CANCELLATION POLICY We understand travel plans can occasionally change. However golf tee times accommodation and transport services are often prepaid and reserved in advance. More than 30 days prior to arrival deposits may be partially refundable subject to supplier and administration costs. 14 to 30 days prior partial cancellation fees may apply. Less than 14 days prior significant cancellation fees may apply due to prepaid golf bookings accommodation and transport commitments. No shows missed rounds unused accommodation airport transfer no shows early departures and unused package inclusions are generally non refundable. TRAVEL INSURANCE GTM Tours strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses flight disruptions trip cancellations golf equipment personal liability and unexpected travel interruptions.
