TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking with GTM Tours guests acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

BOOKINGS

All bookings are subject to availability at time of confirmation.

Bookings are not confirmed until deposit payment has been received.

GTM Tours reserves the right to amend golf courses accommodation transport or itinerary arrangements where required due to operational requirements availability weather or supplier changes.

PAYMENTS

A minimum 25 percent deposit is generally required to secure bookings.

Remaining balances are generally due 30 days prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to finalise payment by the due date may result in cancellation of bookings and reserved services.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing supplier conditions and prepaid services already secured.

No refunds are generally available for:

• Missed rounds

• Unused accommodation

• Airport transfer no shows

• Early departures

• Unused package inclusions

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

 

GOLF COURSES

Golf course rotations and tee times may vary depending on availability maintenance schedules tournaments weather conditions and operational requirements.

Golf courses may require specific dress standards including collared golf shirts and appropriate golf footwear.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward golf course staff caddies and other golfers at all times.

 

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation options are subject to availability at time of booking.

GTM Tours reserves the right to substitute similar accommodation where necessary.

Private rooms are included unless otherwise stated.

 

TRANSPORT

Airport transfers are included across GTM Tours packages unless otherwise specified.

Transport schedules may occasionally be affected by traffic weather airline delays or operational disruptions outside GTM Tours control.

 

GUEST RESPONSIBILITY

Guests are responsible for:

• Valid passports and travel documentation

• Visa requirements

• Personal spending expenses

• Appropriate travel insurance

• Respectful behaviour throughout the tour

GTM Tours reserves the right to remove guests from hosted experiences due to dangerous illegal aggressive or excessively disruptive behaviour without refund.

 

LIABILITY

Guests participate in golf nightlife entertainment and travel activities at their own risk.

GTM Tours is not responsible for:

• Flight delays or cancellations

• Loss or theft of personal belongings

• Injuries accidents or medical incidents

• Weather disruptions

• Third party supplier issues outside reasonable control

 

RESPECTING THAILAND

Guests are expected to respect Thai culture local laws golf course etiquette and fellow travellers throughout their stay.

Thailand is known for its hospitality friendliness and relaxed atmosphere and GTM Tours encourages all guests to enjoy themselves responsibly.
